How often do you consider the company you keep? Not just socially, but at work too.

Last week, when I shared my 4-step framework for getting to your goals faster, part of it meant enlisting others in the right way.

Because none of us gets there on our own. That’s something that Saint John, the founder of The Badass Workshop, understands perfectly.

Our squad, our fans, our core supporters – they lift us up so we can reach where we couldn’t have without them.

It’s not just about having that squad though. It’s about who they are and how they are.

What started casually turned into friendships, fierce advocacy, and finding my people.

It’s been a game changer. It’s been a motivator. It’s been the difference between just showing up vs. truly arriving where you belong, taking a rightful seat at the table.

This week, I’m thinking about the people who made work feel more human over the years – and how their support continues to bring joy on the days when things get tough.
