But the people others actually trust? They’re building work and relationships that last — not chasing the next trend or algorithm.
There’s a growing gap between people who can explain what’s happening and people others actually trust. The ones who show up consistently, act clearly when stakes are high, and build trust that lasts beyond the moment. That gap will define who leads culture in 2026.
