Unlock your potential: In Community #37

Your weekly boost of positive energy centering BIPOC

How do you define human potential?

It’s a question I started asking myself and others around me nearly a decade ago, as I found myself as a leader in a business focused on exactly that – human performance and potential.

The vision I built was grounded in unleashing our own potential, from the inside out. To do this, I had to understand what it looks like when we do this. How does our behavior shift, and what are the results?

Last week, I wrote about the cheat code to influence behavior. What if by influencing behavior we also tap into our own potential – not only for ourselves but for our communities?

👉🏽 This is something I’m continually exploring and applying in my life and career.

I get motivated when I see change makers building things better for all of us – not just the few. And that’s a core part of what drives the weekly Need to Know – and this week’s Need to Know is no different, with its own share of game changers zagging their way to greater heights.
