Last week, I started exploring what unlocking your potential looks like. One key part of it is understanding your purpose and feeling free to be you – the real you.

The best version of the realest you there can be.

In the next few weeks, I’ll share more on this – what it can mean, how to put it into action, and what happens as a result – but in the meantime this week, I’m highlighting Lan Phan, an experienced leader and speaker who found that being the realest version of herself led to a new path she didn’t see coming.

Lan has worked with Fortune 500 companies throughout her career, and now she’s focused on helping to unlock potential with her book Do This Daily. By aiming to distill complex topics into actionable behaviors, she hopes to inspire readers to live their best lives.

Lan shared a bit about her story and what drove her to write the book, along with the best advice she’s ever been given.
